These classes allow students to learn and explore different theatre styles and develop skills in vocal work and stage movement. Each quarter we offer a different focus for each class so students will develop new skills.

Another fabulous chance to shine on our camp stage! Campers will develop a story that makes its way from the page to the stage! Campers spend their camp day in rehearsals working with a director and a script in order to stage a one-act play! Sets and costumes will be made during the week and all the parts will come together for our performance on Friday.

This will be a jam-packed week of Broadway-style musical theatre -- no experience necessary. This summer, each week brings a different musical, so you can take all three. Our first week will focus on Pigs! The Rock Musical, then weÕll sample musicals from the past 24 years at YTN, and finally weÕll end with the classic musical, Cinderella! We will teach the basics of vocal training, acting and choreography. By the end of the week campers will be singing and dancing in a showcase of toe-tapping fun that will leave their audience cheering for more! Bravo!

Mermaids, Pirates and the deep magic of the sea Ð thatÕs what weÕll explore during this very special creative drama class! We will start class each day by using our voices, bodies, and imaginations to go on an underwater adventure. Then weÕll head over to the Mercer Island Pool to continue our adventure in the water! This is a great class for those summer days when you need to cool off, while your imagination heats up!

Calling all super heroes, monsters, brave-hearts, and more! This week we will create our own out-of-sight adventure to save the world! We will use theatre games to discover our secret identities and super powers as we weave our own stories of good versus evil in a week that is sure to thrill!

Campers travel back in time to days of long ago when knights were bold, dragons were huge and princesses were always beautiful and extremely intelligent! Campers will create and star in their own tale of fantasy and adventure.

Come with us on an all-new journey to a world that has never been seen before. The kids in this class will create this world every day, ehile learning to focus their energy and imaginations. There are characters to meet, problems to solve, and adventures to be had. Don't forget that every week brings an entirely new adventure! An active imagination is a plus in this class, so bring us your kids for an unforgettable experience!

This camp gives everybody the chance to participate in raising the Big Top and becoming the ultimate circus performer! From basic clowning, to gymnastics and illusions, all campers will work together to create three rings of fun!
