All action does not occur on the stage! Youth Theatre Northwest welcomes your time and skills in all the activities required to keep the theatre thriving in our community. Below are just some of the many ways YTN can benefit from your volunteering.
So many volunteer options, so easy to sign up! Youth Theatre Northwest now operates an on-line, real-time volunteer sign up service. Sit back in your p.j.s on a late Friday night and peruse your options, and sign up easily as as a few taps on the keyboard. Head to www.myvolunteerpage.com and punch in Mercer Island to land at YTN's exclusive volunteer site. Have a great idea that's not listed on the website? back stage crew
(for students age 12+)
Don't want to be on stage but want to get involved on the technical side? Every Mainstage production requires anywhere from 3 to 8 student backstage crew members. Their jobs include, student stage manager, sound operator, light board operator, follow spot operator, and back stage running crew. Application forms are available in the YTN lobby or electronically by following this link.
